In fact, a complete over-haul is rarely required but making small changes to your eating habits has the potential to greatly benefit your health as you reach your twilight years. This presentation is going to explore some of the latest scientific evidence that shows the importance of dietary protein in maintaining muscle strength and function for anyone over the age of forty!
Dr Karen Munday is a Research Scientist (Nutrition) with Fonterra and a former lecturer at Massey University. Karen specialises in chronic disease reduction and is currently focused on looking at the role of protein during the ageing process.
